Weekly training on new features is a regular must for all support staff, which enable them to stay abreast of any changes in the supported software.</p><h3 align="justify">Helpdesk:</h3><p align="justify">We have a  helpdesk available to customers during office hours, which allows for speedy solutions.</p><h3>Hardware and networking:</h3><p align="justify">We have a division who support all hardware and networking sites. Our provision of  computer hardware is limited to recognised name brands, where we know we have the backing for years to come.
