All information is captured live onto a central database, and any information or instruction is immediately available. L@WDeed caters for lodging firms and their instructing firms.

• Communication: L@WDeed is primarily a communications tool between instructing firms, lodging firms and the firms’ staff in the Deeds Office allowing for complete transparency on the status and movement of any matter to all the firms involved. Full transparency is given to the bank on the change of status of bonds.
